1. Open the App Store on your iPad  

2. Search for “Remote Desktop Mobile” the Icon looks like below      (if you already have this App installed, please make sure it is fully up to date)

 3. Download the Remote Desktop Mobile app to your iPad 

4. Launch Safari web browser  

5. Go to hcsweb.claimtrak.com and login using claimtrak\”username” and your standard CT|One password 

6. Once logged in, you will see the standard CT|One application shortcuts. Please select the desired shortcut. 7. You will be prompted once selecting the application you want, please select the “Download” button on this prompt.

8. Once you have selected “Download” an icon will appear at the top right of the Safari browser, select this icon then select the application shortcut you just downloaded. This will launch the CT|One connection. 

Then

9. Now that the CT|One connection has launched; you will be prompted to login. Please use claimtrak\”username” and your standard CT|One password then select “Continue” 

10. You are now connected to CT|One! 

Reconnection: you have two options 

1. Locate the CT|One shortcut you previously downloaded in your iPad’s “Downloads” folder; this can be used
   1.  to launch CT|One from your Ipad as much as you would like. You can copy and paste this shortcut on your iPad to a more easily accessible location if you desire. 
   2.  Run through these instructions once more to reconnect to CT|One.
